1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Returned with all original accessories and packaging
If the product shows excessive damage, misuse, or is missing parts, we may decline the return or offer a partial refund.
2. Lifetime Warranty for Technical Issues
Every RevovaSmile 360 Pro Brush includes a lifetime warranty against technical malfunctions or defects.
This covers:

Device failure

Charging issues
-
Internal motor defects
-
Non-user-caused damage
If your device stops working, contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge after verifying the issue.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, drops, or improper care

Lost or stolen items
-
Mouthpiece wear (normal replacement part)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Silicone mouthpieces
-
Used oral-care accessories
We can only accept unopened and unused mouthpieces for return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be:

Issued to your original payment method

Processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but can still be returned within the 30-day window.
7. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless:
